Position Overview
An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join a small, high-performing services team delivering outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with senior service delivery leaders, this role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of small to mid-sized projects while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role suited to a versatile professional who is comfortable operating across project, program, and portfolio responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties
* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized projects
* Partner closely with senior service delivery leaders to achieve successful service outcomes
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Facilitate engagement across business and technical stakeholders
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Maintain project governance, documentation, and compliance standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery processes
* Provide hands-on support across initiatives where required
Skills and Experience Required
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects, programs, or portfolios in client-facing environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability
* Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized project implementations
* Ability to operate autonomously within a small team environment
* Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting
* Experience working across varied client or organisational environments
* Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to contribute flexibly across tasks to support successful delivery
* Current NV1 Security Clearance required
