This represents a rare opportunity with a modern and innovative company that specializes in providing back office services to the Real Estate industry. This company is growing at a rapid rate and led by a visionary team of Directors.
Position
Due to incredible growth the position of Financial Controller has been created.
This role will involve and not be limited to:
* Providing leadership to the accounting team
* Preparation and ongoing management of the company's finance function
* Liaising with external accountants
* Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and financial institutions
* Month end accounting and reporting
* Reviewing, processing, lodgement and management of payroll, FBT, BAS, AP, AR
* Preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
* Ongoing cashflow analysis
Candidate
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* CA/CPA Qualified
* 8+ years\' accounting experience within high volume/high transaction industries
* Public Practice experience considered
* Experience managing off shore staff members (highly desirable)
* Very stable employment history (non negotiable)
* IT Savvy and proficient with Xero
* Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
* Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* A self starter who is able to work in a smaller finance team
