About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-obsessed Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely service-minded and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure.
Working closely with the Front Office and wider hotel team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service at all times
* Manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
* Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
* Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments
* Provide local recommendations and hotel information
* Process reservations, payments, and guest details accurately
* Communicate effectively with all hotel departments
About You
* Experience in front office or customer service preferred
* Genuinely service-driven and guest-obsessed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Calm, organised, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
