Key Requirements:
* PGY-3+ with relevant clinical experience.
* General AHPRA registration (mandatory).
* Strong clinical decision‐making and patient management skills.
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Interest in acute and general medicine.
Role Overview:
* Provide comprehensive patient care, including clinical assessments and management.
* Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Contribute to patient safety, medication review, and clinical governance.
* Interpret diagnostic tests, including pathology and imaging, and make appropriate clinical decisions.
* Respond to medical emergencies and adverse events when required.
* Participate in rostered shifts, ensuring high-quality care across a 7-day schedule.
* Gain exposure to research, supporting the client's involvement in early-phase clinical studies, including First-in-Human trials.
* Assist in the monitoring and management of patients involved in clinical research, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
