About the Role
Client Care Representatives are vital to our success, providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have a passion for delivering an amazing client experience and enjoy interacting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We're looking for individuals who can work across multiple clinics in Melbourne, supporting our busy hearing clinics with general administrative tasks and leave cover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians.
This is a casual role offering flexible working hours between Mondays and Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
• Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics
What We're Looking For
You'll need to be passionate about delivering an amazing client experience, have great communication and active listening skills, and be resilient, self-motivated, and energetic. You should also have excellent organisational and time management skills, and be able to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
