Great things start here

RACV is an organisation that's broader and bigger than you think – beyond the trusted roadside assistance and insurance lines, and significant portfolio of Travel and Leisure experiences, RACV is also one of the biggest installers of Solar energy in Victoria, and it's a much broader organisation outside of the RACV brand and outside of Victoria with numerous Australian and international subsidiaries and associates. At its core, RACV is the largest member organisation in Victoria, and we're trusted to be there for our over 2 million members.

About the Opportunity

As the Payroll Test Analyst, you will support the implementation of a new workforce management system – UKG Pro across the enterprise. This role involves analysing RACV's industrial instruments to develop targeted payroll-focused test cases while ensuring compliance with the enterprise awards and agreements. You will collaborate with the Workforce Management Project and People & Culture teams to develop, review and execute payroll focused test cases while maintaining full compliance to ensure RACV is meeting its obligations in the workforce management system UKG Pro.

* Maintain proactive awareness of relevant legislation and standards including identification of pending changes.
* Monitoring of Payroll & Time & attendance systems to reflect best practice, governance and statutory compliance.
* Assist with scoping of system requirements associated with changes to the industrial landscape and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that changes are configured and tested and are compliant.
* Review system design and processes with a continuous improvement mindset to ensure best practice.

What you'll need to be successful
