Join a well-established construction and property group as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping brand presence and engaging with stakeholders across multiple platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience in construction, property, or professional services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign essential) and MS Office.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, and EDMs).
- Design and produce marketing collateral including capability statements, CVs, and tender submissions.
- Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters and SharePoint updates.
- Coordinate event marketing, CSR initiatives, and community engagement campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
