Job Title: Remote SaaS Account Manager



Description of the Role


This is a revenue retention and key account growth opportunity.


* We seek a professional to enhance customer relationships, drive contract renewals, and work closely with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities.


The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen in SaaS renewal management and an understanding of third-party risk assessment. They must be skilled at navigating client interactions, negotiating contracts, and uncovering business growth initiatives.



Key Qualifications


* Sales or account management experience preferably in cybersecurity or related industries; Strong knowledge of financial models for subscription-based services;
* Familiarity with CRM software systems; Excellent communication skills including negotiation techniques along with professionalism when dealing clients; Experience working across multiple departments such as finance sales marketing.
