THE ROLE You’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end, with the autonomy to run it well and the support to make it easier. Build strong, genuine relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections with care and attention Coordinate maintenance efficiently with trusted trades Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews confidently Handle VCAT matters when required Ensure compliance with VIC legislation ABOUT YOU You know what you’re doing — and you care about doing it well. 1–2 years’ experience in property management Solid understanding of VIC tenancy legislation Clear, calm communicator Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Strong attention to detail Agent’s Rep Certificate (or working towards it) Driver’s licence reliable car You take pride in your work — and you’re looking for a team that does the same.
