The role:
* Oversee and control Vendor Paid Advertising spend across all campaigns
* Deliver clear, daily advertising cost reports across key platforms
* Maintain and update VPA budgets to ensure accurate allocation
* Calculate and distribute agents' printing and postage costs monthly
* Provide overflow and cover support for VPA administration as needed
* Partner with the finance team to uphold accurate reporting and records
* Assist the Financial Controller with ongoing finance and reporting needs
What you will have:
* Previous admin or accounts exposure advantageous
* Naturally detail‐focused with strong accuracy
* Confident using Excel and creating basic reports
* Comfortable juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
* Tech‐savvy with ease handling data and financial systems
* Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others
