Primary Objective:
Are you an allied health or teaching professional who is passionate about ensuring all children are welcomed into an inclusive environment and can learn to their full potential? Behaviour Advisors use knowledge of wellbeing, safety and behaviour approaches to provide advice, coaching, mentoring and professional development to school leaders, teachers and support staff. This position will carry a caseload of children and students referred by school leaders and will work with colleagues from within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective plans are developed and strategies are implemented to ensure optimum engagement with education. Selection will be made at the P2 or P3 level depending on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicants. Several ongoing vacancies are available in various locations throughout the Northern Territory.
