Culinary Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the effective kitchen operation and working in a team environment.
The role involves working in various kitchens throughout the resort, including the large main production kitchen, a busy conference & events space for large groups, and various restaurant kitchens.
Our talented team of chefs pride themselves on delivering exceptional and memorable food experiences to our guests.
* Produce high-quality dishes made from fresh produce.
* Maintain equipment, utensils, and a clean & hygienic kitchen.
* Rotate stock, ensuring minimal wastage.
* Follow directions from senior chefs and work collaboratively with the team.
* Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
The kitchen operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing breakfast service through to evening dinner service and late-night in-room dining.
