We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**State Visual Merchandising Manager** to join French Connection. Based in Perth, you will lead the Visual Merchandising teams across
**Western Australia**.
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Managing the WA Visual Merchandising teams
- Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
- Implementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
- Assisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
- Overseeing the installation of instore and window VM concepts
- Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
- In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
- Working with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way
**ALL ABOUT YOU**:
- A minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience (with fashion experience as an advantage).
- Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and works well as a part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail

**To be considered for this Western Australian-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to both the local stores and the regional WA Australian stores.**
