Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.
* Analyse information to develop and implement effective policies.
* Manage case-related activities, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
* Process documentation efficiently and liaise with internal stakeholders on HR issues.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative operations.
* Proactively identify HR challenges and offer feedback and suggestions.
* Prepare correspondence and submissions on HR-related topics.
* Utilize SAP to collect and manage HR data.
* Monitor employee records and establishment data.
* Participate in recruitment and selection panels.
This role reports to the Principal Human Resource Advisor.
