About the Role
As a result of the company's continued growth, we are currently looking for a qualified Manual Machinist to join our Bunbury team on a fulltime basis.
(Both Day shift and Afternoon Shift Available)
About the Role – Conventional / Manual Machinist:
You must be fully competent with operating lathes, milling machines and borers.
Have strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, and
Use measuring equipment such as micrometers', dial gauges and other equipment.
To maintain and care for all machines, tooling and equipment used.
Day shift opportunity 4.5 day week (Monday – Friday)
Afternoon Shift opportunity 4-day week + 20% loading (Monday – Thursday)
Regular overtime available
To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
Experience within similar positions with extensive industry experience
Knowledge of, and commitment to, safety
Sound time management skill
Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to function within a team environment.
