Job Description
As a member of our consulting team, you'll be responsible for driving analysis and contributing to project deliverables. You'll work closely with case team members and clients to identify business needs and develop strategies for change. With experience, you'll take on increasingly complex components of our projects, handling large-scale initiatives and working with senior-level clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree and/or advanced degree with outstanding academic performance
* At least 3 years of full-time work experience in consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of achievement
* Industry experience in areas such as mining, oil and gas, engineering, climate and sustainability, consumer products, private equity, public sector, banking and finance, law, healthcare/medicine, technology or telecommunications
* Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
* Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong client relationships
