About the Role
As a Senior Project Officer, you will lead the delivery of complex projects that support organisational priorities and deliver tangible outcomes for communities. You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. This role suits an experienced project professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and turning strategy into action. This role is within our Executive Support team within the Community Partnerships branch in the Aboriginal Affairs group.

We're Looking For
* Project Management & Delivery: Coordinate and guide the delivery of multiple complex projects, balancing scope, risk, budget and timelines while applying established project management practices to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, ensuring activities are coordinated across the agency, responsive to the needs of Aboriginal communities, and represent the most efficient use of resources.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using effective communication, negotiation and issue management to achieve shared outcomes.
* Research & Analysis: Undertake research and analysis to inform project planning and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
