Role Overview:
As a Delivery & Dispatch Team Member, you'll play a key role in getting products to our customers—safely, efficiently, and with great service. You'll handle deliveries, assist with dispatch operations, and help keep our logistics running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate delivery trucks (including heavy combination vehicles) for customer and site deliveries
* Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
* Pick and pack orders for delivery or collection
* Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
* Communicate with customers and the team to coordinate deliveries
* Assist with dispatch and warehouse duties as needed
* Maintain vehicles and equipment in clean, safe condition
* Support general store and team operations as required
What You'll Need:
* Valid HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence (essential)
* Valid forklift licence (essential)
* Safe manual handling skills; physically fit to load/unload
* Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-friendly
* Good communication skills
* Right to work in Australia
* Willingness to work rostered shifts, including early starts
* Willingness to complete required training
* Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment medical assessment
Employment Terms:
* Position offered on a full-time basis
* Rostered hours: 38 Per week. Additional hours may be available by agreement
