With over 30 years of experience in the child care industry, MBCCC Ltd operates 11 vibrant OOSH services and 3 Vacation Care centres across the Maitland and Lower Hunter Valley. We're now welcoming applications for Person-in-Charge (Supervisor) roles to join our passionate team.

About the Role:
As a Centre Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of our OOSH service, ensuring a safe, enriching, and inclusive environment for children.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and encouraged to bring your creativity and ideas to the table.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring your team of educators
* Planning fun, meaningful programs and nutritious menus
* Working within the My Time, Our Place framework
* Engaging with families, schools, and the local community
* Maintaining self-assessment tools and preparing for accreditation
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and reliable individuals who love working with children and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications (one of the following):
* Diploma in Children's Services or OOSH
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or Primary Education
* Certificate III in Children's Services (with 3+ years' experience)
You'll also need:
* A current Paid Working With Children Check
* HLTAID012 – First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
* CHCPRT001 / CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
* A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
