We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our Trade sales and Warehousing operations in Noosaville!

The Opportunity
Full time, Tue‐Sat roster. Base + Super, Commissions & Benefits! This is a rewarding role where you are tasked with the day‐to‐day management of our Trade Sales and Warehouse to achieve excellence in operations and customer experience.
You will assist our valued customers with your demonstrated product knowledge, expert advice and commitment to delivering high‐quality customer service. You are also required to manage the warehouse including unpacking stock arrivals, picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, conducting stock takes, carrying our WHS audits, managing staff and general housekeeping.
To Be Successful, You Will
* Lead the trade sales team to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service
* Minimise the risk of injuries and report all hazards and incidents
* Drive a safe culture and promote health and well‐being
* Complete monthly safety inspections
* Maintain a clean and well‐stocked trade shop display
* Stock‐take trade items to ensure availability
* Carry out warehousing activities including manual handling and forklift driving
What We Expect From You
* Previous sales experience in a trade or building environment and ability to engage and talk to all types of people
* The ability to keep a tidy and organised trade shop and warehouse area
* Be comfortable with the use of computers and Microsoft Outlook
* Recording information on picking slips is required, so organisation and attention to detail are skills is a must
* Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 25kg)
* Compliance with all safety regulations and ability to follow instructions on WHS matters
* Knowledge of the tiling industry is preferred but not essential
* Hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one
