Are you a qualified Property Manager or a Property Management Assistant looking for an opportunity to take charge of your own portfolio, then this is your chance to be part of a high performing Team.
Must have:
- Minimum 12 months experience managing your own portfolio
- Have high attention to detail and superior organisational skills
- Hold a current WA Property Management Registration
- Have a current Driver’s License
- Demonstrate a high level of maturity
- Team player who is reliable and can work unsupervised

This is a full time position - 8:30am - 5pm, 5 days a week.
Well structured, systemised office with ongoing training.
Property Condition Reports are outsourced.
A working knowledge of Property Tree would be an advantage.
We have a full time Senior Property Manager, New Business Manager, Leasing Manager and Property Management Assistants all supporting you.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
