GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer. This full-time role is based at our Rowville Support Office and offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-performing team. You will deliver outstanding customer service while managing credit control and account administration across our store network.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound customer and store enquiries
* Resolve complaints, disputes, and banking/receipting queries
* Process journals and maintain accurate account records
* Conduct debt collection activities and negotiate payment plans
* Investigate overdue accounts and manage stop credit processes
* Set and review customer credit limits and ensure security compliance
* Perform reconciliations, receipting, and key account management
* Complete reporting and general administrative tasks as required
About You
* Customer service experience
* Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
* Be available for full time
* Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, with rotation of 10am-6pm
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong qualified relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
* Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
