Through on-site assessments and data-driven insights, this company empowers clients to make informed decisions for a sustainable future.Position overviewDue to continued growth, our client requires a qualified electrical technician to carry out thermal inspections on electrical equipment. Travel is required in this role as you will be conducting inspections around the metro Melbourne areas.Key responsibilities:Conduct thermal imaging inspections of electrical switchboards and other equipment using thermal imaging cameras.Compile reports and provide feedback/recommendations to clients about electrical faults identified from inspections.Ensure compliance with all workplace health & safety regulations, including the completion of safe work method statements & risk assessments.Candidate attributes:Electrical Fitter / Mechanic or equivalent licence must be current.Proven experience conducting inspections on switchboards and switchboard components.Thermography Level 1 or 2 certification (highly regarded, but not essential).Have a current Working with Children's Check or ability to apply for one.Full Australian Driver's Licence.Able to work autonomously in a safe manner.High attention to detail.Strong internal and external communication skills.To submit your application in strict confidence, click the 'apply' button.
