About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls daily, providing friendly solution-focused support.
* Accurately process high-volume data entry of orders with precision and speed.
* Match purchase orders to invoices ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
* Investigate and resolve customer queries and claims with diligence and care.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service from call centers to face-to-face environments.
* Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
* Reliability punctuality and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others.
* Experience with CRM systems and strong proficiency in Excel.
Work Schedule:
Our ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday 38 hours per week based at our site. One Sunday per month (9am–3pm) worked from our Rocklea site – and in return you'll enjoy a Friday off.
