Due to continued growth in Victoria, we are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead operations at our Sunshine West warehouse facility.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the Sunshine West site.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager in Sydney, you will manage warehouse activities, inventory systems, site safety, and agency staff while ensuring efficient operations across the facility.
This role is suited to someone with strong warehousing or logistics experience who enjoys taking ownership of site performance and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse and site operations
* Manage inventory, stock movements, and audits using Oracle ERP
* Supervise the on‐site agency casual staff
* Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety (OHS)
* Coordinate with onsite service technicians to support operational requirements
* Ensure efficient warehouse processes, storage, and logistics workflows
* Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
* Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Oracle preferred)
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to take ownership of site operations and drive improvements
