Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming hire enquiries, quotes, and bookings.
- Schedule deliveries, collections, and service jobs.
- Liaise with customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics.
- Raise invoices, process paperwork, and update hire/service systems.
- Support the operations team with reporting and customer follow‑up.
About You
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in hire, logistics, or service coordination preferred.
- Confident using computer systems (Xero, Upvise, or similar).
- A proactive “solutions‑based” mindset and strong attention to detail.
