Join a fast-moving equipment hire business where customer service and coordination excellence make the difference. We're looking for an energetic and organised person to manage day-to-day short-term hire bookings and assist our service team with scheduling and invoicing.
Key responsibilities
* Handle incoming hire enquiries, quotes, and bookings.
* Schedule deliveries, collections, and service jobs.
* Liaise with customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics.
* Raise invoices, process paperwork, and update hire/service systems.
* Support the operations team with reporting and customer follow-up.
About you
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in hire, logistics, or service coordination preferred.
* Confident using computer systems (Xero, Upvise, or similar).
* A proactive "solutions-based" mindset and strong attention to detail.
