Job Opportunity: Lease Administration Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lease administration professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our property team, ensuring seamless operations and mitigating risks through effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate collaboration across functional groups to ensure smooth team functioning and risk mitigation.
* Provide expert lease and tenancy management services in accordance with agreed KPIs and service levels.
* Assist in updating and training property documented procedures.
* Enhance service quality and standards, and develop efficient service offerings in respect of lease management.
* Establish and maintain master property register and lease/licence/tenancies management database.
* Organize and maintain documents in clients' electronic filing systems.
* Protect sensitive property information and ensure the team adheres to security, compliance, and legislative requirements.
* Support Property Coordinators with compiling information to process briefing notes.
* Manage property enquiries via email and phone calls.
Qualifications:
* Certificate in Business Administration.
* 2 years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment.
* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel, and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
