**3 x Customer Service Officer - NSW Government**

This large Government organisation requires 3 x customer service professionals for a fantastic short term contract with view for extension.
The Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) plays a significant role in meeting the needs of eligible students with disability by providing free specialised transport to and from school where parents and carers are unable to provide or arrange transport.
**The role**:
- Data entry
- Filing and records management
- Administrative tasks
- Working to deadlines with strong attention to detail
**About you**:
- Call Centre/Customer Service/ Administration experience
- Outstanding communication skills - Verbal and written
- Tech-savvy - Fast learner and able to pick things up new systems quickly
- Problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
** A current Working with Children Check is required for this role **
**Job Types**: Full time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
