About the Role
As a Store Manager Couple, you will oversee the day-to-day running of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities, coach and mentor local team members, bring ALPA's nutrition policy to life by promoting healthier choices, and work closely with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community leaders to keep stores running smoothly.

* Oversee the day-to-day running of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities
* Coach, mentor, and support local team members
* Promote healthier choices in line with ALPA's nutrition policy
* Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community leaders to ensure smooth store operations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management
* Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
* Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
* High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
