Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site safety plans, and company policies
* Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
* Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines, addressing issues proactively
* Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
* Foster a strong safety culture and ensure the wellbeing of all site personnel
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar role
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
* Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
* Relevant qualifications, tickets, or certifications (e.g., White Card)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Current valid driver's licence
