Advanced Retail Professional – 3IC/Visual Merchandiser
This role is located at our Factory Outlet in Mandurah, WA.
About the Role
* Achieve store targets and provide an outstanding consumer experience through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Model service and selling standards to deliver customers with a premium experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Work well both autonomously and with a high level of team engagement to ensure full sales floor productivity.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Regularly update the store's product mix to ensure a premium consumer journey with high commercial impact.
* Analyse and share store's commercial/sell through data to guide decision making for efficient operational, stockroom and visual merchandising procedures.
* Train and coach team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational/seasonal brand and product knowledge and VM principles.
* Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
* Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you will require:
* Retail Team Leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
* Prior experience in visual merchandising and inventory management.
