We're looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to hit the ground running at our Composting facility in Nambeelup.
You will be the sole Maintenance person backed up by a supportive maintenance team from our Casuarina site and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly 52 weeks a year. From scheduled maintenance to urgent repairs, no two days are the same – and your problem-solving skills will make a real impact.
What You'll Do
* Carry out preventative and programmed maintenance
* Respond to breakdowns and complete daily repairs to plant and machinery
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Maintain spare parts and stock levels
* Work collaboratively to minimise downtime
* Follow OHS&E policies and ensure a safe workplace
What We're Looking For
You're a motivated, hands-on team player with the ability to work independently. You'll bring a positive, can-do attitude and strong fault-finding skills, along with:
* Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance
* Experience with Heavy Duty Diesel machinery including final drives preferred
