People and Capability Business Partner
We are seeking a talented, collaborative business partner to join our team. In this role you will help shape people strategies, support leaders through complex challenges, and deliver human‐centred solutions that enable people and teams to thrive.
Continuing, full‐time (1.0 FTE) contract. Generous leave provisions, including 6 weeks annual leave. Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax‐free per annum.
Key Requirements
* A passion for supporting a diverse, multicultural health and medical research institute
* Proven experience in senior HR roles and leading teams
* Extensive experience designing and delivering strategic organisational development initiatives
* Experience managing complex employment matters, including conciliation and mediation
* Experience developing processes, policy and procedures
* Proven ability to lead and develop a small team of staff to deliver high‐quality services
* Talent for building positive relationships, working collaboratively, and positively influencing workplace culture

Base Salary: $131,384 – $141,337 per annum. Total Remuneration Package: $160,057 – $172,035 per annum. Generous leave provisions, including 6 weeks annual leave. Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum plus a $2,650 meal and entertainment card (tax‐free). Option to increase superannuation to 14%.
