Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
* Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
* Assist in the preparation and management of office budgets, maintaining accurate records of expenses.
* Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and physical) for organizational records, contracts, and other important documents.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and handle vendor communications.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
* Support various teams with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
