Key Job Functions in Roles and Responsibilities
* Set up and calibrate printers based on job specifications and order requirements and ensure quick changeovers
* Monitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtime
* Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
* Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage
* Support finishing tasks as needed (e.g., trimming, guillotining, padding, binding, die cutting, folding, laminating, UV coating, packing, Scoring and Perforation)
* Follow safety and quality assurance protocols at all times
Experience /Training
* Finishing experience
* Trouble shooting – capable of performing routine maintenance tasks
* Knowledge of Lean principals
* Manufacturing industry experience
* Printing industry experience
