This is a customer-centric and responsive Human Resources support role in a team of astute yet fun loving professionals.
As the first point of contact for People & Capability (P&C) we are looking for an HR Administrator who has a general understanding of HR functions and knows their way around the Microsoft Office suite and its many features.

The Role
The People and Capability Administrator will provide customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR support services to Oxfam Australia, in line with operational objectives and organisational policies and procedures.
This role will support the People and Capability team with the management and review of administrative systems and processes.
Using a person-centred approach, this role will contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee and volunteer lifecycle by delivering high-quality services and streamlined processes.
This role plays a key function in conducting integrity checks as well as partnering with external service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of people focused services and solutions to Oxfam Australia employees.
Key responsibilities:
Administration
Provide comprehensive administration and support across all aspects of the employee and volunteer lifecycle.
As the P&C Systems Management champion, maintain accurate employee records on Oxfam's HR Information System whilst supporting testing, upgrades and implementation.
Monitor the HR Inbox on a daily basis and ensure appropriate and timely triage.
Manage transactional HR activities such as job evaluations, compliance checks, immigration support and maintenance of confidential and sensitive HR records.
Administration of Oxfam's Learning Management System (LMS), including scheduling programmes.
Support to Payroll including reporting and payroll processing as requested.
Recruitment Administration including provide assistance to recruiting managers across OAU Recruitment Policy and Procedure.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes through close collaboration with internal teams, pluspreemployment probity checks.
Creation of accurate employment contracts with reference to the approved position description and salary classification.
Routine reporting to assist the team in support the wider organisation.
