About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Officer to join our Maintenance Assurance and Property Condition team. The successful candidate will conduct on-site inspections of Victoria's social housing portfolio, documenting the attributes and condition of building elements to inform future planning.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate records of activities in accordance with legislative and departmental policies, ensuring information security and privacy.
2. Prioritize health and safety by working in accordance with legislative requirements and OHS policies.
3. Ensure maintenance processes meet contractual and service standards.
4. Oversee and monitor projects to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards.
5. Support the full project lifecycle, including research, analysis, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements
A strong knowledge of building and trades, computer skills, and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
