About the Role
You will join one of our largest functions in ANZ, shaping the public face of the Dyson brand and driving business growth through digital engagement.
Maintain expert product knowledge to educate and empower owners on their machines and provide tailored solutions to complex problems.
Main Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve diverse inbound inquiries from owners, service agents, and retailers effectively.
* Own the Dyson narrative in the public domain by managing interactions, comments, and reviews across all social channels.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns and collaborate with APAC teams on content and digital standards.
About You
To be successful, you must have passion for superior customer service and thrive in the digital space.
Previous experience managing customer interactions across social media platforms is preferred, along with strong computer literacy skills and typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
