Join Concept Labs as our new Production Supervisor and help shape the day-to-day success of our manufacturing operations!
Your Role will include:
•Support the execution of daily production plans and targets
•Guide and motivate team members to stay on track and maintain pace
•Assist with machine setups, job transitions and daily task allocation
•Ensure production lines are running efficiently and according to plan
•Monitor quality and safety standards, and flag issues early
•Keep accurate records and communicate updates to the Production Manager
We’re looking for someone who:
•Has 12+ months experience in a Production Supervisor role
•Is confident on the floor and enjoys supporting both people and process
•Is highly organised, adaptable and proactive
•Communicates clearly and works well across all departments
•Has a strong understanding of production workflows and quality expectations
