Your new role
As Accounts Manager, you'll be the backbone of the finance operations. From managing accounts payable and receivable to overseeing payroll and compliance, your expertise will ensure smooth financial administration across multiple business units. You'll work closely with senior leadership and external accountants, providing key insights and reports that drive decision making.
What You'll Do
* Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Prepare fortnightly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
* Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and loan accounts
* Maintain accurate ledgers, asset registers, and financial records
* Provide timely reports and support month-end close and tax requirements
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy (Xero experience a bonus)
