Receptionist/administration assistant required.
We have a job vacancy for an experienced mature receptionists/office person, required for our busy coffee machine sales & service center.
Permanent fulltime position available-Immediate start.
Casual position for the first 3-month trial period, a fulltime position will be offered after the trial period if both parties are happy.
We are looking for someone to join our small friendly team, someone with great customer service, a positive attitude, confidence, a team player, focused, friendly, reliable and honest.
Daily tasks will include Invoicing, serving customers, booking in and out machines, warranty claims, answering phone calls, managing internal jobs sent from Delonghi, Breville, extended warranty companies and stores.
Applicant should be able to lift 5-10kg.
Skills required- Xero accounting system, basic computer skills, coffee industry experience an advantage but not necessary, great customer service.
Monday-Friday 39.5 hours.
No weekend work.
Rate of pay $30 per hour.
