Prime Tile & Stone Australia Pty Ltd is a commercial tiling and stone company based in Dandenong South. We work across multiple projects throughout Melbourne and deal closely with builders, site teams, and suppliers.
We're a growing business with a steady pipeline of work and are looking for someone reliable to support both our projects and day-to-day office operations.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator / Office Manager to take ownership of project coordination and office operations, supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects.
This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who can work independently, take ownership, and contribute to the overall efficiency of project delivery and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project documentation and keep records up to date
Manage procurement, supplier orders, and deliveries
Assist with invoicing, variations, and progress claims
Assist with preparing and processing supplier payments
Support accounts payable/receivable and general accounts processes
Work with external bookkeeper/accountant to keep accounts up to date
Track invoices, purchase orders, and project costs
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Manage general office operations, systems, and incoming calls
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years' experience in project coordination or construction administration
Experience within construction, or trade-based environment highly regarded
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills with both office and site teams
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
Confident in managing responsibilities without constant supervision
Full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Typical hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Flexibility to adjust hours in line with construction requirements
Salary & Benefits
$95,000 – $105,000 + super (depending on experience and capability)
