This job is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to drive process efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Document and communicate changes to stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or related field.
* Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
