The Pre-Sales Systems Engineer drives technical strategy and execution to support revenue growth, customer success, and solution adoption.
* Educate customers and partners on Forescout's modern security capabilities and the threat landscape.
* Become a trusted advisor, aligning Forescout's solutions with customers' business objectives.
* Identify security challenges within customer environments and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Present Forescout's value proposition and product roadmap confidently to various audiences.
* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
* Support pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities through to closure.
* Enable channel partners in a channel-centric sales model.
* Manage proof-of-concept (POC) activities, including test plan optimisation and issue resolution.
* Develop POC environments and configurations aligned with account team goals.
* Support customers through technical escalations, acting as a bridge between teams.
* Achieve and maintain certifications in designated technology areas and participate in ongoing enablement.
