Sales and Business Development Leadership Role
Are you a results-driven professional with experience in hospitality business development? We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development leader to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Sales and Business Development leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop relationships with key accounts and market segments.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales business plans and strategic sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop relationships with key accounts and market segments
* Conduct regular thorough analysis of the market and competitor set to ensure the hotel is well-positioned to achieve revenue growth
* Establish materialization goals for key accounts and market segments and monitor progress
* Train and develop the Sales team in departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all employees are certified to these standards
* Initiate, develop and manage long-term positive relationships with leading tour operators, OTA's market managers, corporate key accounts ensuring longevity support, a healthy market share and penetration for the property
* Identify, source & develop business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential partners from across all market segments and business feeders
* Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service and provide feedback and suggestions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality business development, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role
* Strong expertise in market trends, revenue strategy, and B2B relationship management
* Excellent communications, team leadership, and a proven track record in driving business growth
