The Role You will provide professional and proactive support to the Financial Planning team to enhance their client relationships and ensure they are well-equipped to deliver quality and appropriate Financial Planning support to clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks Scheduling and following up on client appointments Updating client information into Xplan Hands-on role assisting the team with the implementation of advice About You You are proactive and use your initiative to create successful client outcomes.
You may have experience in Financial Planning today or a proven track record in client support in a similar professional services environment.
The successful person will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team ethic and motivated to succeed Strong understanding of the financial planning process Have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team Must have experience with XPLAN This could suit a career CRM/CSO or someone who is looking to progress to advice or office management Benefits Work within a large professional office space WFH 2-3 days per week on offer Up to $110,000 package for experienced individuals What Next?
