Oral Health Service Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to lead our Oral Health Service in Central Australia.
This is a full-time ongoing vacancy that offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to provide high-quality comprehensive services to eligible client groups. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of oral health services, planning and policy development, and supervision of staff members including dental officers and students on clinical placement.
The ideal candidate should have recent practice experience as a dentist with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work effectively within a cross-cultural environment. They must also possess knowledge of quality improvement processes and current infection control protocols.
