Providing insightful financial reports to guide business decisions.
Advising on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies.
Supporting the implementation of strategic business initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful ApplicantA successful FP&A Business Partner should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Property industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
