**About the Role**
**We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Asphalters to join our Paving Team at **Seymour / Victoria** on a full-time / permanent basis.**
**As an Asphalter, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and compactors.**:
- **Lay asphalt using various techniques, ensuring proper thickness and smoothness.**:
- **Contribute to a positive team environment whilst supporting all facets of asphalt laying and compaction.**:
- **Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.**
**If you have;**
- **Previous experience as an Asphalter or in a similar role**:
- **Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.**:
- **Excellent teamwork and communication skills**:
- **Having an active, valid driving licence with a clean driving record and an MR Licence will be advantageous but not necessary.**:
- **Hold White Card (Construction Induction Card)**
