Job Position:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide 2nd Level Onsite Support on Hardware and Software for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with customers and understand their technical needs.
* Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
* Manage ticket logging tools and follow the ticket handling process according to priority.
* Perform smart hand activities under instruction-based activities at sites.
* Lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
* Provide desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S.
* Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
* Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware.
